Overview
The brand and the brief
Miraggio makes handbags and accessories with a New York feel: structured totes, slings and polished everyday pieces that suit daily life.
Miraggio wanted more Indian shoppers to see it on Instagram, and see it repeatedly. It wanted that visibility from creators, but without paying creator fees.
Miraggio sells four very different products, so one creator or one message couldn't show what works. The brand needed many voices at once, and a clear read on which of them worked.
Objective
Strategy
All 100 creators were compensated with product only. Rather than spending a budget on a few big names, we spread seeded product across many creators and many audiences.
Totes, slings, backpacks and wallets all featured. This gave us a real comparison of which products caught on with which kinds of viewers.
Reels introduced Miraggio to new people. Stories followed up with each creator's own followers, so the brand stayed familiar.
We gave every creator a tight brief and left the storytelling to them, so the posts read as recommendations, not ads.
With this many creators, formats and products in play, the results doubled as a ranking of what performs best, which will guide the next round.
Execution
STEP 01
We selected creators who fit Miraggio's categories and audience.
STEP 02
We explained the campaign and signed creators up on a barter basis.
STEP 03
Creators received Miraggio items to feature.
STEP 04
We reviewed all 100 videos and 120+ Stories and recorded the numbers for each creator.
Key Insights
Product was the only cost. Reels added 310K views and Stories added another 220K+.
Likes, comments, saves and shares came to roughly 13.9K on 310K Reel views, a healthy result for a barter campaign.
There was about one comment for every nine likes, which suggests viewers were curious about the bags and wanted to know more.
With 320+ saves against 260+ shares, many viewers kept the posts for later, which often points to buying interest.
Each Story averaged about 1,800 views, so followers who had seen a Reel saw Miraggio again.
Each video averaged about 3,100 views. A hundred creators together reached far more people than one creator could.
